The rules governing website use, quotation requests, product information and engineering services.

These terms govern use of the SERV-TECH website and requests submitted through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Website purpose
The website provides information about industrial products and engineering services and allows customers to request quotations or technical assistance. A website submission is a request for review; it is not automatically an accepted order or binding contract.
Quotations
Prices, taxes, delivery periods, warranty, specifications and availability are confirmed in a formal quotation. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. Exchange-rate changes, supplier changes and stock availability may affect final pricing before acceptance.
Product selection
Customers should provide accurate model numbers, ratings, photographs, nameplates and application information. SERV-TECH may recommend a product, but final selection depends on the information provided and any site assessment agreed with the customer.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after SERV-TECH accepts the customer’s written approval and any required deposit or payment. Payment instructions will be stated in the formal quotation or invoice. Do not send payment to an account or number that has not been confirmed through official SERV-TECH communication.
Engineering services
Installation, programming, troubleshooting and commissioning work is subject to agreed scope, site readiness, safety conditions, access, customer responsibilities and exclusions. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate, but product images and general specifications may vary by brand or model. Website content does not guarantee that a particular item is in stock.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or interfere with the website or database.
Intellectual property
SERV-TECH branding, original text, layouts and project materials remain the property of SERV-TECH or their respective owners. Supplier trademarks and product images remain the property of their owners and are used only where permission or lawful use exists.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, SERV-TECH is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unauthorised modification, misuse, installation by others, unstable utilities, counterfeit products supplied by third parties or events outside reasonable control.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
